1. SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped the day after they are placed, when the stock of final products allows.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed and dispatched the following Monday, when the stock of final products allows.
Orders placed on a holiday are processed and shipped the next working day, when the stock of final products allows.
The dispatch of the order is therefore generally processed within the working day following its recording, when the stock of final products allows it.

Free shipping for all orders delivered in mainland France, in standard mode (Colissimo de la Poste)
♦ Deliveries in the French overseas departments and territories:
The shipping costs vary according to the weight and the destination of the package.
Orders are sent by Colissimo Suivi, the delivery time indicated by the Post Office may vary from 5 to 10 days depending on the destination.
♦ Deliveries in Europe (EU) by UPS:
The costs shipping costs vary according to the weight, volume and destination of the package.
♦ Deliveries to the rest of the world by UPS:
The shipping costs vary according to the weight, volume and destination of the package.
Customs charges are payable on delivery of the package. These costs are never included in the shipping costs (transport and packaging costs).

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.

♦ Orders shipped in Europe by UPS:
The delivery times generally observed vary depending on the destination from 1 to 2 working days after the package has been taken over by UPS (de the code given by UPS).

PACKAGE TRACKING

When the package leaves our service, UPS will send the necessary tracking information to the e-mail provided with the delivery address.

2. DELIVERY

Upon receipt of your order placed on our website (or handwritten, electronic or faxed), you will receive your package as soon as possible. MAISON NANA1807 guarantees that the products have undergone all the necessary care to ensure their conformity with the description which appears on the site on the date of the order.
The address of delivery does not have to be a PO box. If this were the case, the order could not be taken into consideration.
Orders can be delivered to many countries including Japan.

To serve you better, MAISON NANA1807 has selected La Poste (colissimo tracking) and UPS for the international transport of your package.
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order. In the absence of the recipient or of a person who can take possession of the products upon delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card at the delivery address indicated by the customer inviting him to collect the products. .
