2. HOW TO ORDER

If you prefer to pay by check, you can place your order on plain paper by clearly stating the reference of the tea or item desired, its description, quantity, price, any discounts and shipping costs, your name, customer number (if you have one), and address, delivery location, and phone number.
3. PRICES
Products are subject to French VAT for delivery within mainland France or the European Union. The prices displayed online on the MAISON NANA1807 website are inclusive of all taxes but do not include shipping costs, which are added during cart review. For delivery to DOM-TOM or outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of tax. All orders are billed according to the conditions listed in the catalog in force at the date of order registration. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and its destination. Any customs duties to be paid are the responsibility of the recipient receiving the package.
4. PAYMENT
You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). To be processed, the order must be paid in full. Unpaid orders will not be delivered. Any unpaid or payment incident (incorrect bank details, insufficient funds in the customer’s account, etc.) will incur a fee of €19. A paid invoice detailing the various elements of the order will be sent with the package or by mail if the delivery address is different from the billing address.

11. DELIVERY

12. COMPLAINTS
